 PA/Marketing – JOB DESCRIPTION

G. English Electronics Limited is a high volume supplier of Electronic Components and Custom Plastic and Rubber Mouldings, imported from the Far East.  The Company is located in a brand new facility in The Royal Arsenal Woolwich.

The position is PA/Marketing working directly for the Managing Director.

Duties include:

* Updating & Managing Company Website.

* Booking Flights, Hotels & other travel arrangements.

* Maintaining Customer Agreements & Price Contracts.

* Responsibility for maintaining Company CRM system.

* Liaising with Suppliers in the Far East

* Maintaining Major Customer files and other general administration work.

* Projects as required.

* Mail Merges & prospecting for new clients

* Organising Trade Adverts & Exhibitions
